What is Net Banking?
Net Banking is a service that allows you to access your bank accounts using a PC (personal computer) connected to Internet.
Banking on the Internet is like having a bank branch on your desktop. You can access your bank any time, from any place.
Who is eligible for KHCB RetailNetBanking?
All individual KHCB customers (account holders) are eligible for getting Retail Net Banking access for their KHCB accounts. If you are an existing KHCB customer, you can register for Net Banking with a Net Banking Application Form
How do I access KHCB Retail Net Banking?
All individual KHCB customers (account holders) are eligible for getting Retail Net Banking access for their KHCB accounts. If you are an existing KHCB customer, you can register for Net Banking with a Net Banking Application Form .
After processing your application form, we will enable your Net Banking access and issue passwords to you. You will get two passwords for using KHCB Net Banking, login password and authorisation password. You need to use these passwords along with your KHCB Net Banking User ID to access KHCB Net Banking. In case you are a resident of a Bahrain and have a CPR, your CPR is your Net Banking User ID. If you dont have a CPR, then your Party ID with KHCB is your User ID.
To access KHCB Net Banking you need to have a PC (personal computer) with Internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer), which should be connected to the Internet. Minimum requirements:
Hardware: You need a PC with 256 MB RAM, 2 GB Hard Disk Space and 500 MB free space.
Software: You need a browser, preferably Internet Explorer Version 6.0 or higher.
What is my User ID & Password for KHCB Retail Net Banking?
In case you are a resident of a Bahrain and have a CPR, your CPR is your Net Banking User ID. If you dont have a CPR, then your Party ID with KHCB is your User ID.
Your KHCB Net Banking password is as issued by KHCB. You will get two passwords for using KHCB Net Banking, login password and authorisation password. Login password should be used to log into the Net Banking system and authorisation password is the second level password required for authorising certain transactions.
Once you are authorised by entering your login password provided by KHCB, we recommend you change your passwords to the ones convenient to you. You can change your password after logging in. Please ensure that you follow the tips suggested under security tips.
What is Authorization Password?
KHCB Net Banking has two level passwords for enhanced security of your accounts. Authorization password is the second level password that you need to enter to do certain transactions.
How do I access Arabic / English version of KHCB Net Banking?
After logging in Net Banking, you can select the language option. Please logout after changing the language and re login to access the system in your preferred language.
When can I use KHCB Net Banking services?
With KHCB Net Banking, you have access to your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will be informed online in case our system is down due to certain maintenance reasons.
What accounts can I access through KHCB Net Banking?
You can access your current account, savings account, call deposit, mudarabah, murabah and credit card on KHCB Net Banking.
What can I do on KHCB Retail Net Banking?
Current / Savings Account:
View Account balance, Account activity, Account details, Cheque status and Standing Instructions.
Download Account activity in CSV (for MS Excel) or PDF format, or get it emailed to your email id.
Transfer funds between your accounts with KHCB or to third party accounts (you need to register the beneficiary by filling a beneficiary registration form), set up a standing instruction.
Request for cheque book, physical statement and demand draft.
Report a lost ATM card.
View Account balance, Account details and Account activity.
View Account balance and Account details.
Book a new Mudarabah.
View Account balance, Account activity and Account details.
Download Account activity in CSV (for MS Excel), PDF or MS Money format or get it emailed to your email id.

When will my transactions affect my account?
Most of the transactions will be executed instantly, some others will take some processing time. The time required to execute a particular transaction will be informed to you when you complete the transaction. In case your transaction is not executed on time, please contact us and provide the transaction details along with the transaction reference number.
Why do I get the message "Your valid session already exists"?
You will get this message if you close the browser window without logging out of Net Banking and try to log in again within 5 minutes. Please try to login after 5 minutes. If the Problem still persists please contact the Bank.
Is there any charge for using KHCB Net Banking?
No. Currently, we offer KHCB Net Banking free to all our customers. However, there may be charges for certain features like external funds transfer, standing instruction set up, etc. You will be informed about the relevant charges before the transaction is completed.
What happens if I forget my password?
If you forget your login password please contact the Bank. If you forget your authorisation password you can request for the same online after logging in Net Banking.
How secure is KHCB Net Banking?
Security of your accounts is our top priority. KHCB uses the latest technology with robust security methods, including 128-bits SSL encryption, firewalls, timed log-out and access blocking in case of repeated incorrect password entry, to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal and financial information.
KHCB takes utmost precaution to prevent unauthorized access to the Bank's servers with measures like firewalls and access controls.
All your transactions travel via 128-bit SSL encrypted medium (the industry standard for encrypted communication).
Your password is generated in a very secure way and is known to you only.
To prevent somebody from guessing your password and getting unauthorised access to your account your User ID is locked in case of three consecutive wrong password entries. It is automatically unblocked after 24 hours, for your convenience.
To prevent an unauthorised person from viewing your Net Banking account in case you leave your computer idle, we close your Internet session in case of inactivity for an extended period of time.
You can block your Net Banking access anytime, which can be unblocked upon your request.
